When you host an event, it is better to have a schedule. A successful event requires a lot of organization. Having a schedule allows everyone to know how the event will unfold. It also helps make sure that people know what to do at different points throughout the event. Furthermore, a schedule ensures that the event has a clear opening and closing, and provides necessary structure.

When you host an event, it is better to go with the flow. People get bored if you stick to a strict schedule. If you go with the flow, the most successful activities will last longer. The activities that are less interesting will end faster. Going with the flow allows people to have an event that they actually enjoy. They do not want a strictly scheduled event.

I think that a successful event requires a schedule. That being said, I do think it is important to adapt and improvise sometimes to have a fun event. A good schedule gives a basic outline of how the event will go. However, it also leaves room for people to change things if necessary. It is good to have a schedule because an event needs some organization. Without organization, an event could end up being chaotic.

It is better to go with the flow because it is impossible to control everything. You can plan a perfect schedule, but it will most likely not go as planned. There are different things that can happen to change the schedule. Going with the flow allows you to handle unexpected things that may occur during an event. You can improvise in order to make the event even better.
